Reminder! Call for Summer 2022 Magazine Submissions
Our summer magazine issue, WONDER, is already in the works! Even though the issue will not arrive to homes until June, we are accepting submissions, viewing photography, and collaborating with other Christian women behind the scenes right now.
Did you know contributors receive a complimentary issue and a significant discount for any additional purchased copies? Such a sweet perk! We have loved linking arms with more women to create solid faith-filled content that speaks directly to hearts throughout the seasons of the year.
We wonder at the majesty of creation. We wonder at the depths of God’s love. We wonder how the natural law is written on our hearts. We wonder at the promise of the Holy Spirit dwelling in us by faith. We wonder at the simple gospel— that our salvation is a gift and not earned. We wonder how we will not die, but live forever in a place Jesus has prepared just for us! So high are the Lord’s thoughts above our own, and yet, we seek and draw near to him. This issue will spark awe as we mediate on God’s glory in this life and the one to come. May we never lose our wonder.

The Holy Hen House quarterly magazine is an invitation for women to take a step back from online noise (or any kind!) and dwell in the pages of our seasonal publication inspired by God’s Word. We look to include writing from women in all ages and stages of life. This encourages mentorship, interest, and variety in our issues. There is much to learn and appreciate from each other!
In each issue you will find devotional writing, a Bible study, inspirational photography, poetry, a featured interview, Bible passages, Q+A with a licensed counselor, and a custom print to frame!
Are you a writer, photographer, artist, or creative?
We accept magazine submissions all year long for any given season. However, in order to be considered for the summer 2022 issue, entries must be received by March 15, 2022. Please consider our submission guide!
Also, an absolutely essential part of our magazine is the Holy Hen House Magazine Contributor Group! It is born from our desire to form better relationships and communication with our magazine contributors and creatives.
The HHH Magazine Contributor Group is a private group on Facebook where we share requests for upcoming issues, writing tips, deadlines, answer questions, and encourage one another in whatever creative gifts we have for God’s glory!
