Our flock is growing! We are looking for our newest on-team members to keep this ministry thriving!

What began as a blog has become an active ministry. We listen to our readers (you!) and have adapted throughout the years creating Bible studies, events, and soon a published magazine.

A few of us on the leadership team have been managing all things Holy Hen House to this point. In order to grow well, several contributing writers will be stepping up to new and larger roles but we need more help. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing

Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with ministry goals

Generating and publishing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

Collaborating with other teams, like sales and product design, to ensure brand consistency

Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness

Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning events to requirements, target audience and objectives

Coming up with suggestions to enhance an events’ success.

Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence

Sourcing and hiring vendors and personnel (Rental, caterer, etc.)

Cooperating with sales and marketing to promote activities

Analyzing the event’s success and preparing reports

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying opportunities for new faith-based products

Analyzing how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences

Setting design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners

Researching materials and techniques

Sketching drafts on paper or digitally

Retrieving samples and testing functionality

Improving the design of existing products

Cooperating with marketing and sales efforts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Ensuring the adequacy of sale products

Storing financial data in electronic form and presenting reports

Responding to customers and giving after-sales support when requested

Monitoring the team’s progress and proposing improvements

Ensuring adherence to laws and policies

Cooperating with design and marketing efforts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • All ministry efforts are a part of a supportive team culture and participation in any job is volunteer based.

  • The ability to attend quarterly meetings online to discuss future objectives and present past reports. Good wifi connection is necessary.
