Call for Summer 2021 Magazine Submissions
Our summer magazine issue, RADIANT, is already in the works! Even though the issue will not arrive to homes until June, we are accepting submissions, viewing photography, and collaborating with other Christian women behind the scenes right now. We have loved linking arms with more women to create solid faith-filled content that speaks directly to hearts throughout the seasons of the year.
This issue will focus on the glory of God and his reflection in our day-to-day lives! Jesus is the light of the world, and by faith, he dwells inside of us. God has chosen ordinary us (you!) to shine his glory. We are like a lantern shining Jesus’ light to a world that is foggy and dark. The Holy Spirit lovingly guides us to these gospel truths: through Jesus — we are forgiven, we are saved by grace, we have a place prepared for us in heaven. We believe this. We can’t hide this! We won’t keep this to ourselves!

Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

The Holy Hen House quarterly magazine is an invitation for women to take a step back from online noise (or any kind!) and dwell in the pages of our seasonal publication inspired by God’s Word. We look to include writing from women in all ages and stages of life. This encourages mentorship, interest, and variety in our issues. There is much to learn and appreciate from each other!
In each issue, you will find devotional writing, a Bible study, inspirational photography, poetry, Write the Word journaling, interviews, Bible passages, Counselor Q&A, and a custom Illustration to frame!
