LODGING

If you attend the retreat over night you will stay in one of the comfortable and clean lodges provided at the Green Lake Conference Center. Each lodge is furnished (including blankets), has a fireplace, and will be stocked with a variety of breakfast foods for you to enjoy in the mornings at your own pace. Feel free to bring along any additional snacks or drinks along! 

If you would like to come with a friend or a group please tell us their names when you purchase your ticket so that we can try our best to keep you together for the weekend. Note that the bedrooms are shared. There are some single beds available but if you are happy to share a queen or bunk bed your flexibility is appreciated. 

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd

4:00 - 8:00 PM : Check-in to your lodge
6:00 - 6:45 PM : Registration
7:00 - 8:30 PM : Welcome! Campfire with local Christiano's pizza, s'mores, and hot drinks
8:00 - 8:30 PM : Fire music, psalms, and prayer with Amanda Rose + Rhoda Wolle
8:30 PM + Relax outside or lounge in lodges 

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 4th

7:30 - 9:55 AM : Breakfast with optional devotion in lodge
8:00 - 9:00 AM : Optional led Holy Yoga or CrossFit work-out
9:30 - 9:55 AM : Registration for new arriving attendees
10:00 - 10:50 AM :  Welcome + main session with Mel Kreuser, Fan Your Flame
11:00 - 11:50 AM : Breakout session #1 - Attend The Spirit of Power, Love, or Self-Discipline
12:00 - 1:00 PM : Lunch in conference dining hall
1:00 - 1:50 PM : FREE time! (Optional shopping, join a led trail hike, or rest)
2:00 - 2:50 PM : Breakout Session #2 - Attend The Spirit of Power, Love, or Self-Discipline
3:00 - 3:50 PM : Breakout Session #3 - Attend The Spirit of Power, Love, or Self-Discipline
4:00 - 5:00 PM : Worship led by Pastor Ben Sadler
5:00 - 6:00PM: Dinner buffet at the Conference Center dining hall (+$15) or go out to a local restaurant! 
***If you eat the dinner buffet at the Conference Center you must adjust your ticket option to include meal pricing***
5:30 PM : FREE time! (Unwind as you choose)
8:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Optional informal chats on selected topics

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 5th

8:30 - 9:30 AM : Sleep in and enjoy breakfast with optional devotion in lodge
10:00 AM : Checkout of lodges and depart

We hope that you can take the full weekend and get to experience the stillness of our Flock retreat. However, we understand that not everyone can commit to stay the full time for a variety of reasons and have created flexible ticket options below:

Want to slow down time and make quality memories with your Christian friends? Share our FlOCK retreat with your women's ministry, moms' group, or even with the women in your family! FLOCK is geared towards women regardless of age or current place in life - that's what our group is all about!

Follow our Facebook event page where we  announce retreat details and you can directly invite your friends there. We will be revealing more #FlockRetreat2017 behind the scenes work on Instagram during the months leading up to the event as well. 

IS THE RETREAT ONLY FOR MOMS?
No. We try to cover all of the bases when it comes to Christian women: in their 20s, single, married without children, mothers of littles, empty-nesters, etc. We are confident women in all places of life will find enjoyment in the retreat! 


DO I HAVE TO BRING A PHYSICAL TICKET TO THE RETREAT?
No. We will have your name on the guest list. Please bring along your driver license or other identification. 
 

WHEN IS THE TICKET DEADLINE? 
Overnight lodging tickets are limited and available to purchase until Saturday, September 30th or when max capacity is met. 
Saturday only tickets will be available to purchase until October 7th. 
 

WHAT ARE THE LODGING ARRANGEMENTS?  
Each attendee will have an assigned bed in a lodge. There are some lodges that have a mix of queen beds, twin beds, and even bunk beds (only a few!). If you are willing to share a queen bed or bunk bed with a friend please let us know when you select your ticket options.


HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT I SHARE A LODGE WITH MY FRIEND(S)?
When you purchase your ticket, type the names of your friends that you want to lodge with to best ensure that you will be together. After ticket sales have ended we will contact you with your assigned lodge and a site map. 


CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK ALONG? 
Yes! Each lodge conveniently has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. They are also furnished with cups, silverware, and dinnerware. We do ask that when you checkout you leave the lodge as you found it and wash the last load of dishes in the dishwasher. 
 

IS THE RETREAT CASUAL OR FORMAL? WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? 
The retreat is definitely casual. Bring warm comfy clothes - yoga pants and flannel tops if you like best! We also recommend that you bring along a winter jacket, hat, and gloves as Wisconsin weather can change rapidly. 


WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY? 
There are no refunds allowed with this type of event. We will allow you to swap the ticket with another person but you are responsible for finding them and notifying us of the change. Thank you for understanding!
